Many of TGI Direct's staff have been certified in the United States Post Office’s Mail Piece Quality Control (MQC) Program. This 10 module course is designed to teach individuals about the design requirements and regulations for materials entering the postal system. 35 members of TGI’s staff including the sales reps, production floor managers, project managers, graphic artists, Vice President, and President are MQC certified.
