Description of Problem:
Reports are being blocked by popup blocker.
Assessment: Pop-Up Blocker
The following are suggestions to try in order to control the Pop-Up Blocker
settings that may be in place.
1) Make sure that the PC you are running these reports on does not have a
separate Toolbar loaded such as Yahoo Toolbar, or Google Toolbar. These
Toolbars have separate Pop-Up settings from IE.
2) In Internet Explorer, open up Internet Options (Tools > Internet
Options), under the Privacy tab, select a level of Medium or Low.
1) In Internet Explorer, open up Internet Options and drill into the
Security tab...In here select the Local Intranet icon and hit the CUSTOM
LEVEL button. Select a level of Medium-low, and reset the settings.
